We can support you personally and individually with mentoring and coaching programmes, or we can work collaboratively with your organisation in a number of ways:

Workshops
We facilitate group discussion to reach a consensus outcome, using a questioning style and ensuring that workshops are meaningful, useful, inclusive and enjoyable. We will provide summary reports of all workshop outputs and support individual action plans. We also conduct one-to-one consultation between workshops where needed.

Your own project website
Something our clients find very useful is our facility to create a dedicated website for your project. Password protected and confidential, this can be a great way to communicate to and listen to your customers and staff. We believe in using technology where it can support your needs effectively.

Surveys: We can set up customised on-line surveys for your staff or customers, to gather opinion for a one-off project, or on a regular basis to measure consistency or change in attitudes over time. Because we design the surveys with you, we can ask the questions which you want asked.

New technologies
We can also use emerging technologies such as twitter, facebook, blogs and other social networking technologies, if they will work for your organisation.
